Directions from the east (from I5):

Redwood Highway (US 199), go past Ringuette St then turn right into the fairgrounds.

Directions from the west (from Cave Junction):

Redwood Highway (US 199), Turn left at Ringuette St making a U-turn back on westbound Redwood Highway. Turn right in to the fairgrounds.

 Once through the fairgrounds front gate:

We are in the 2nd large building on the left (ignoring three small concession buildings on the way).
